| Qualification 要求:
1. Minimum 8 years materials developing or purchasing experience in the leather shoe related business, familiar with the industrial components 至少8年以上皮鞋类企业材料开发或采购经验,熟悉行业的部件
2. Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills 优秀的全面领导能力
3. Strong negotiation skills 较强的谈判能力
4. Ability to develop actionable recommendations and implementation 提供可执行的建议并付诸行动
5. Good command of English in both speaking and writing 英语说写流利
6. Willing to travel frequently 愿意经常出差
Job description 工作职责:
1. Responsible for all purchasing/souring related issues of factory in Xiamen 全面负责厦门工厂的材料开发及采购事宜
2. Work with the Headquarter outsourcing team to implement purchasing strategies and plans 与总部协作共同完成采购目标及计划
3. Manage and lead the purchasing team to ensure timely, factual and effective materials and nonproductive material purchasing services 领导及管理采购团队及时准确有效地提供生产材料及非生产材料
4. Souring of new suppliers and materials in cooperation with other departments 与其他部门配合寻找开发新供应商及材料
